BAE Systems has been awarded a $2.5 billion contract to develop an advanced electronic warfare system for the US military. The system, which will be used to disrupt and disable enemy electronic systems, is expected to significantly enhance the US military's ability to conduct electronic warfare operations.

System Capabilities

The BAE Systems system will be able to detect and disrupt enemy electronic systems, including radar and communication systems. The system will also be able to conduct electronic attacks, allowing the US military to disable enemy electronic systems.

The system is expected to have a range of over 1,000 km.
'The BAE Systems system will be a critical component of the US military's electronic warfare capabilities,' said BAE Systems CEO, Charles Woodburn.
