Tesla, the electric vehicle (EV) pioneer, has announced a significant expansion of its Supercharger network, with the addition of over 2,000 new stations worldwide. This move brings the total number of Supercharger stations to over 10,000, solidifying Tesla's position as a leader in the global EV charging infrastructure market.
Network Expansion
The new Supercharger stations will be located in key markets around the world, including North America, Europe, and Asia. According to Tesla, the expanded network will enable EV owners to travel long distances with greater ease and convenience, helping to alleviate range anxiety and promote the adoption of electric vehicles.
Tesla's Supercharger network now spans over 10,000 stations globally, with the company aiming to power 100% of its Superchargers with renewable energy by the end of 2027.
